This promotion – I am ProArtist (“Promotion”) is hosted by ASUSTeK Computer Inc. (“ASUS”).
1. Detailed information with respect to how to play and win prizes in connection with this specific Promotion, ASUS Terms of Use Notice, and ASUS Privacy Policy, constitutes part of this Promotion Event Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. ASUS may at any time revise the Terms and Conditions and other rules set forth by ASUS. Eligible Entrant (as defined below) shall be bound by any such revisions.
2. The campaign begins September 4, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. (CST) and ends October 30, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. (CST) ("Promotion Period"), and is hosted worldwide (“Promotion Territory”).
3. Employees of ASUS and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising representatives and agencies, who are involved in the Promotion, and the immediate families of any of the foregoing persons, are NOT ELIGIBLE for this Promotion.
4. People who live in Promotion Territory and would like to participate in this Promotion during the Promotion Period acknowledge as follows:
A. Eligible Entrant (as defined below) shall be at least 18 years old and considered an adult by the laws of the country where you reside in.
B. You must register and/or login with your ASUS Member account on the Promotion site (www.asus-campaign.com/iamproartist/) to be eligible (“Eligible Entrants”) to participate in the Promotion.
C. You can participate in up to three (3) activities (True Color, Pixel Perfection, Mighty Mini) to gain likes. Each activity will select only 1 winner for Story Prizes (as defined below). The likes is accumulated individually from each activity, which means it won’t combine likes from 3 activities. In each activity, the more likes you gain, the higher chance to win for Story Prizes!
• Activity 1 - True Color: submit your story with a picture or graphic design in jpg or png format (size: 2560*1440 within 5MB).
• Activity 2 - Pixel Perfection: submit your story with a film clip (MP4 format, within 20 seconds), and fill in artwork’s description.
• Activity 3 – Mighty Mini: submit your story with a 3D design work in jpg or png format (size: 2560*1440 within 5MB).
D. You can share your artwork to your own social media platform(s) (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) to earn additional likes. Each submitted content can only be shared to each platform once to earn additional likes. Also, only sharing your artwork on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter can earn additional likes. You can only earn 1 additional like for each social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), and can only earn up to 3 additional likes in total.
E. When you submitted, uploaded, transmitted, inputted or provided the information including your images, videos, posts and/or submissions for this Promotion, you grant ASUS, its affiliates and subsidiaries, a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-revocable, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable right to promote and distribute part or all of the information in any media formats with any manner, including without limitation to modify, reproduce, public broadcast, public transmission, adapt, distribute, publish, public release, or otherwise use the information.
F. You acknowledge that each ASUS Member account with at least one (1) Promotion like(s) will be counted one (1) Entrant for this Promotion during the Promotion Period, and an Eligible Entrant is allowed to win one time.
G. Two (2) types of Prize Winners (as defined below) will be selected.
• Type 1 - Story Prizes: Each activity (True Color, Pixel Perfection, Mighty Mini) will select one (1) winner. The Prize Winners (Eligible Entrants) will be selected based on 50% public vote (the more likes you generate, the higher chance to win) and 50% ASUS internal employee vote.
• Type 2 - Lucky Draw Prizes: There will be three (3) Prize Winners randomly selected based on chance. The chance of winning is based on the persons who share the artwork on their social media platform(s) (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter). The Lucky Draw Prizes are only reserved for the participants outside of Eligible Entrants.
• All submissions from all Prize Winners will be checked to ensure eligibility.
H. Prize Winners will be subsequently informed within four (4) weeks after the end of the Promotion Period (“Drawing Date”) by e-mail and announced on the ASUS Fan pages on social media. (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
I. Prize Winners shall inform ASUS of their contact information within seventy-two (72) hours after ASUS announces the list of Prize Winners. Any failure of a Prize Winner to make the contact information available to ASUS will be deemed a waiver of the right for the Prize awarded, and ASUS, in its sole discretion, has the right to conduct a redraw to decide a substitute.
J. The Prize will be delivered to your indicated address within three (3) months after the Drawing Date. The delivery date may be changed without prior notices.
5. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You agree to grant Facebook a complete release regarding this Promotion. You acknowledge that you are providing your comments and Personal Information to ASUS and not to Facebook; and such information and Personal Information will only be used for this Promotion – I am ProArtist.
